I thought I'd take the opportunity not to whine about something. About 2 weeks ago I applied for my passport and was told it would be ready by Feb. 22 by reg'd mail. "Sure!" I thought. On the 21st I received the notice that I had a parcel to pick up at the P.O. So I picked it up yday (the 22nd).

So, that's pretty good. The passport dep't actually does their work speedily ...

but then I thought...

speedily for identity thieves, too?

NOT THAT I KNOW ANY OR HAVE THE SLIGHTEST CLUE HOW TO GO ABOUT IT.
